Our answer was a resounding yes, rooted in our philosophy of collaborative, custom engineering. Instead of forcing a standard solution, we re-imagined the entire storage and buffer module. The core challenge involved the CO₂ buffer vessel and the product gas storage unit. We designed a series of smaller-diameter, custom pressure vessels that could meet the required working volume while conforming to the site's spatial constraints.

The engineering team conducted advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to model stress distribution under operating loads, ensuring the vessels' structural integrity despite the non-standard, elongated layout. We then designed these vessels as fully modular, skid-mounted packages. Each skid-contained vessels, interconnecting piping, and instrumentation was factory-fabricated, tested, and pre-commissioned. This approach transformed a complex field construction project into a precise assembly of plug-and-play modules. The skids were shipped sequentially and slotted into the tight site like pieces of a puzzle, dramatically reducing on-site labor, schedule risk, and overall cost.
