Materials & Sanitary Standards
We construct our tanks primarily from high-grade AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel.
- Material Selection: Type 316L, enriched with molybdenum, offers superior chloride resistance, making it the ideal standard for pharmaceutical and marine environments.
- Surface Finish: Interior surfaces can be mechanically polished or electropolished (EP) to a mirror finish (e.g., Ra ≤ 0.4µm / 320 grit) as required.
- Quality Assurance: All welds are ground smooth and passivated to meet rigorous sanitary standards, serving as the cornerstone of your product quality assurance.
Applications & Cleanability
These tanks are engineered for the storage of sensitive media such as raw milk, juices, wines, fermentation broths, purified water (WFI), and pharmaceutical ingredients.
Hygienic Design
The structure features a "zero dead-leg" design with dished or conical tops/bottoms to ensure complete drainage and prevent condensate buildup.
Easy Maintenance
Equipped with sanitary quick-opening manholes, CIP (Clean-In-Place) rotating spray balls, and sterile breather filters, our tanks allow for efficient, automated cleaning and sterilization.
