Recently, ZN Metal Structure successfully completed the fabrication and sea shipment of a batch of heavy-duty steel equipment support frames for a large industrial project in Southeast Asia. This project requires high corrosion resistance because of the special coastal working environment.
The client needed metal support structures to bear large-scale industrial processing equipment. The construction site is located in coastal area with high humidity and persistent salt fog. According to the engineering requirement, our technical team selected low-alloy structural steel and adopted full hot dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment for all steel components to cope with the corrosive environment.
Our technical team carefully reviewed the client's original drawings, optimized partial connection structure to improve the overall stability and facilitate on-site assembly. During production, CNC cutting, automatic welding and strict dimensional inspection were carried out for every component. Key welding positions passed NDT inspection to guarantee connection safety.
All metal frames were pre-assembled in our factory before packaging. Factory pre-assembly can fully check matching accuracy and avoid assembly trouble on the construction site. After passing final quality inspection, products were packed with export protective packaging and shipped by sea.
